Window regulators
The regulator is the mechanism inside the door that moves the glass up and down. When it fails, the window sticks, tilts or drops. We repair or replace it.
Signs the regulator is the problem
- The window won't go up or down
- It moves slowly, or goes up crooked
- You hear grinding, clicking or popping from inside the door
- The glass has dropped down into the door
- You can hear the motor running but the glass doesn't move

- Year, make and model
- Which window is affected
- What happens when you press the switch
- Whether the glass itself is cracked or broken
